Disputes require written notice via email to: legal@clickyard.ai. Parties have 60 days for informal negotiation before arbitration.

Binding Arbitration

Users waive jury trial rights. The prevailing party's legal costs are borne by the non-prevailing party.

Submissions and Privacy

User submissions automatically become non-confidential Company property usable perpetually without compensation.

Promotions

Contests may require submissions and have separate rules. Users must review applicable rules to determine eligibility.

Typographical Errors

Incorrect pricing allows SHIFT LLC to refuse or cancel orders. Credits are issued immediately if charges were already applied.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are controlled by Armenia law. Courts may enforce injunctive relief for breaches. The Company operates from Armenia offices.
